Our Valentine's are Blue!
Hello Valentines! Whether you’re in the mood to sing “She’s My Pride And Joy” or “The Thrill Is Gone”, we’ve got the blues for you! This weekend features some truly fantastic shows! Also, roses and chocolate will go much better with a new CD from your local favorites!
The Lowcountry’s Royal Family, Mama and The Redemption have their CD release party this Saturday night at Smokey’s Place. “Love Perpetrators” is already available on iTunes. There might not be a more authentic emotional musical experience than watching and listening to the Wall family express their art. When you go, ask Poppa if he’s in the mood to tell the story behind “Change Someone”. When I had the pleasure of backing them up, performing that song was certainly one of my most treasured experiences.
